These are the Terms and Conditions between you (also referred to herein as “client,” “user,” or “customer”) and The Thorium Network (“Thorium“) operated under advisory agreement by Members of MECi Group International and owned by Members of MECi Group International, the sole and rightful owners. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services described below (“Services“). By registering your email or by signing up to use an account through our website, or APIs, you agree that you have read, understand, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as our (“Privacy Policy”).

1. Eligibility
To be eligible to use the Services, you must be of legal age within the jurisdiction from where you access these services and reside in a jurisdiction where you are permitted to receive such services. You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent The Thorium Network, Members of MECi Group, and any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, members, or representatives from any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses, including all attorney’s fees, arising or not out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions are able to be ignored without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and any token purchases will immediately become null and void. If you wish to terminate your account you may simply discontinue using the Service.
10. Variation Of Terms And Conditions
The Thorium Network and Members of MECi Group may need to update, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time (i) to comply with the law; (ii) to comply with orders/recommendations of regulatory authorities; (iii) to add additional functionality, services, features, technologies and/or benefits, or to remove the old ones; (iv) to correct errors and bugs; (v) to clarify the Terms; (vi) to prevent abuse or harm; (vii) for any other valid reason (e.g., for security reasons). You understand and agree that it is your obligation to review the Terms and Conditions from time to time in order to stay informed on current rules and obligations. Unless it is stated by us otherwise, each update of the Terms and Conditions comes into force as of the moment when amended Terms and Conditions are published. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed acceptance thereof. You can also end your relationship with us at any time after the effective date of the updated Terms and Conditions by closing your Account should you have one, and/or not accessing our Services and Websites. This is your your sole and exclusive remedy. Revisions to the Terms and Conditions shall also apply retroactively.
11. Assignment
The Thorium Network and Members of MECi Group shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without any notification or consent required from you. You, however, shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. This includes the sale or transfer of presale tokens to any other person before any public exchange listing event has occurred.
12. Consequences Of Breach
Should a breach occur to these Terms and Conditions, including releasing unauthorized private and confidential information on the operations of The Thorium Network or Members of MECi Group, or making prejudicial comments or public disclosures on any element of The Thorium Network or MECi Group, or any actions which are deemed by The Thorium Network or Members of MECi Group or any of their officers, directors and employees, agents, members or representatives, to be of a deleterious nature, including slanderous or libellous statements or activities, the person or persons committing the breach will be held liable for all loss and damages that make occur and The Thorium Network and Members of MECi Group reserve all rights to claim any and all damages, including punitive damages, including any and all legal costs, against that person or persons, whether the defamation was of malicious intent or not. This also means the immediate loss of any and all presale tokens or tokens held in escrow or trust on behalf of that person or persons, and that person or persons shall have no right to receive any compensation for any payment that may be expected for said tokens.
The Thorium Network and Members MECi Group reserve the right to extract payment for any breach, and for clarity, the minimum value of any such payment shall be 500,000 Euros, plus legal fees.
13. Communications
All communications shall be via the approved channels contained upon this Website and any communication outside these approved channels shall not be permitted, approved, and shall not be recognised as communication.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between The Thorium Network, Members of MECi Group, and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
16. Changes
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of these services confirms your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
